ゼラチン・ラード・乳化剤・マーガリンなどの豚由来の添加物や成分が含まれているものや、豚が含まれた餌を食べた家畜類などの食材は一切使用しません。

豚骨炭でろ過した砂糖なども使用しません。

アルコールは食前酒などの提供はせず、

製造過程でアルコールが添加されていないハラル対応の醤油や味噌などの調味料を専用に仕入れコース内の料理には

ハラル認証の調味料のみを使用します。

使用する肉はハラル認証肉のみを特別に仕入れて使用します。

 

We do not use any ingredients containing pork-derived additives or ingredients, such as gelatin, lard, emulsifiers, or margarine, or ingredients derived from livestock that have been fed feed containing pork.

We also do not use sugar filtered with pork bone charcoal.

We do not serve alcoholic beverages, such as aperitifs.

We exclusively purchase halal-compliant condiments, such as soy sauce and miso, which do not contain alcohol during the manufacturing process, and we only use halal-certified condiments in the dishes included in our course menus.

We only use specially sourced halal-certified meat.

ろあんの名物である日本の古民家での思い出にのこる囲炉裏炭火料理を、安心して楽しんでください。

We understand that the treatment desired by each Muslim customer will vary, but at Ichirino Kogen Hotel Roan, we will prepare a halal-compliant course meal that meets each guest’s needs by inquiring in detail about their requests with advance reservations made up to one week in advance.

ろあんのすぐ隣のゲストハウス内にムスリム専用の礼拝所を2023年に整備しました。

畳敷きの礼拝スペースには、メッカの方向（キブラ）を示すタペストリーがあり、キブラの場所を示すコンパスが無くてもお祈りをすることができます。

24時間礼拝所は無料で開放し誰でも利用できます。

こちらの礼拝所は個室状態のため、他のゲストを気にせずに集中して礼拝することができます。

礼拝前にウドゥ（手や顔、足など水で清める）するために、礼拝所のすぐ隣には水の出るウドゥ専用のスペースも完備しております。

 

団体様の場合本館大広間を無料の礼拝スペースとして24時間利用できます。（100名様まで可能）

2F大浴場にをウドゥとしてご用意も可能です。

 

A dedicated prayer room for Muslims was established within the guesthouse immediately adjacent to Roan in 2023.

The tatami-floored prayer space features a tapestry indicating the direction of Mecca (qibla), enabling prayers to be performed even without a compass to locate the qibla.

The 24-hour prayer room is open free of charge and accessible to all.

This prayer room is a private space, allowing you to worship with concentration without concern for other guests.

For performing wudu (ablution with water, cleansing the hands, face, feet, etc.) before prayer, a dedicated wudu area with running water is provided immediately adjacent to the prayer room.

For groups, the main building’s large hall can be used free of charge as a 24-hour prayer space (accommodating up to 100 people).

The large bath on the 2nd floor can also be arranged for use as a wudu area.

完全にプライベートな空間でゆっくり入浴することができます。

 

Private bathing rooms are available for exclusive hire. These are particularly popular with Muslim guests and visitors from overseas.

Two types are available: open-air baths and cypress baths.

You can relax and bathe in complete privacy.

世界ジオパークにも認定された石川県白山市の白山国立公園に位置する大自然豊かな立地のホテルです。

名古屋・大阪・東京からも新幹線、特急電車で4～5時間です。小松空港からも車で1時間で便利です。

毎年12月～3月までホテルの周辺では雪遊びができます。

石川県内でも有数の豪雪地帯で、1日で80cmもの雪が積雪する事もあります。

ゴンドラでの雪山観光やスノーパークでチュービングを楽しんだり、かんじき体験などを各国の母国語のガイド付きでご案内致します。

From December to March each year, snow activities are available around the hotel.

This area is one of Ishikawa Prefecture’s heaviest snowfall zones, with up to 80cm accumulating in a single day.

We offer guided tours in your native language for gondola rides through the snowy mountains, tubing fun at the snow park, and snowshoe experiences.
